GETO (SZ: 300986) is the first A-share listed company in China’s green new construction formwork industryand a leading enterprise in its niche market. It is also among the few companies in the prefabricated construction and modular building sectors that simultaneously engage in the R&D, production, sales, and solution delivery of both PC and steel structure product systems.

The Company primarily focuses on green new construction formwork, prefabricated construction, and modular buildings, while also extending its business into related sectors such as new energy and new materials. It is a digitalized and intelligent integrated enterprise covering the full value chain of product R&D, design, manufacturing, leasing and sales, as well as service delivery.

Its green new construction formwork products include aluminum formwork, steel formwork, steel-framed timber formwork, climbing formwork systems (such as safety platforms, climbing formwork, and protective screens), and fair-faced concrete formwork. These products are widely used in public infrastructure projects, including bridges, tunnels, utility corridors, metro systems, airports, and water conservancy projects. By actively promoting the replacement of wood with aluminum and steel, GETO enables a safer, more efficient, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly construction approach, contributing to the green transformation of the construction industry.

Its prefabricated construction business covers prefabricated PC structures, prefabricated steel structures, and modular buildings, including both PC-based and steel-structure-based product lines. Through a systematic solution featuring standardized design, factory-based production, assembly-based construction, and information-driven management, GETO develops high-quality building products that not only meet the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development’s “6633” standards for quality housing, but also align with international standards. This approach enables efficient lifecycle control and full quality traceability for construction industrialization, significantly improving both construction efficiency and building quality.

GETO has led and participated in the drafting of numerous industry and national standards. To date, it has obtained more than 300 patents and has received numerous domestic and international honors and certifications, including Single Champion Enterprise, Famous Brand Product, Green Building Materials Product, and Green Factory Certification.

The Company has independently developed industrialized design software, a full-process ERP management system, high-end intelligent equipment, and automated production lines, forming a digitally empowered factory operation system that integrates smart design, intelligent manufacturing, and big-data-driven decision-making. It has also obtained the L8 Digital Transformation Standard Certification. In parallel, GETO has built core functional modules covering business-finance integration and operational risk control, and has established an AI + BI digital cockpit decision-making system to support efficient business operations and management decisions.

In line with China’s Belt and Road Initiative, GETO has adopted a dual-engine development strategy integrating domestic and international markets. Since embarking on its global expansion journey in 2013, the Company has established more than 10 production bases worldwide.
