This project extensively applies precast composite slab PC components supplied by GETO, matched with aluminum formwork system to realize high-turnover interspersed construction. It effectively solves the leakage control difficulties under coastal high-humidity environment, greatly shortens the overall construction period, and ensures stable and reliable quality of high-end indemnificatory housing via industrialized construction technology.

This project adopts GETO integrated interspersed construction scheme of aluminum formwork, climbing frame and precast concrete PC components for internal and external integrated construction. It strictly controls the precision of each working procedure connection to achieve zero-defect construction quality, delivering dual quality guarantees of reliability and hassle-free experience for clients.
