To address the construction difficulties of plateau tunnels such as large burial depth, high ground stress and unstable surrounding rocks, we launch two core equipment including tunnel secondary lining trolleys and needle beam trolleys. Featuring automation and high precision, the equipment reduces construction risks and improves construction quality and efficiency for plateau tunnel projects.
Tunnel Secondary Lining Trolley: It is a new intelligent and automated special equipment dedicated to tunnel secondary lining construction. Upgraded from traditional lining trolleys, it integrates advanced technologies such as hydraulic drive, automatic control and information monitoring, and integrates automatic positioning, intelligent pouring, high-frequency vibration, real-time monitoring and in-situ curing functions. Needle Beam Trolley: It is special equipment designed for the secondary lining of circular cross-section tunnels. Hanging Form Traveler: It is the core special equipment for bridge cantilever pouring. Supported by pre-poured beam segments, it can move forward along the bridge axis and integrates formwork support, steel bar binding and concrete pouring functions. With a lightweight structure, flexible movement and stable stress performance, it is mainly used for cantilever construction of long-span continuous beams and continuous rigid frame bridges. It enables precise segmented pouring of beam bodies and greatly improves the efficiency and quality of high-altitude cantilever construction.
Segmental Beam Mould: It is a professional mould for factory prefabrication of segmental beams. Subsequent segments are formed by matching the end face of the previous segment and prefabricated section by section. It mainly consists of base form system, side form system, inner form system and end form system. All components adopt modular design for rapid assembly and flexible adjustment to adapt to various structural changes. Fully hydraulically driven, all systems deliver high construction efficiency and low labor intensity.

Hydraulic Climbing Formwork for Gate Shafts: It is an integrated solution developed to address the low efficiency, poor safety and high labor cost pain points of traditional shaft construction. Equipped with hydraulic power and intelligent control systems, it realizes integral automatic climbing without repeated disassembly, assembly and transportation of formworks. Adopting a rigid integral structure, it adapts to various shaft working conditions and features high efficiency, safety, precision and cost-effectiveness, having been successfully applied in many international landmark projects.
IV. Climbing Formwork Series: Efficient High-altitude Climbing, Consolidating Construction Strength
As a core solution for high-altitude construction, this series covers three major products: climbing formwork, cantilever bracket formwork and Gang Form. It requires no external scaffolding, with self-supporting structure and precise positioning, truly realizing ground-based high-altitude operation and standardized construction for complex structures. In addition, it is cost-effective, ensuring high construction efficiency while strictly controlling project costs.
Gang Form: It is an integrated product integrating exterior wall formwork and scaffolding in construction engineering, used to cover the entire outer surface of buildings. Prefabricated in factories and assembled on site, it is mainly applied to buildings with consistent upper and lower cross-section structures such as high-rise apartments. It ensures the construction quality of exterior walls and reinforced concrete structures, provides workers with a safe and reliable construction platform, and prevents safety accidents such as accidental falls.
