Living up to expectations, joining the grand event together! [GETO · Peak Brilliance] series is officially launched.
GETO (SZ 300986) is the first A‑share listed company in the green new‑type building formwork industry and a leading player in this segment. It is one of the few enterprises that simultaneously researches, manufactures, and sells both PC and steel structure systems and provides solutions in the prefabricated and modular construction industry.
Drawing on global benchmark projects such as the Saribas Bridge in Malaysia and the Singapore Shaft Tunnel, and addressing construction challenges of plateau tunnels (large burial depth, high ground stress, unstable surrounding rock), GETO has introduced two major equipment solutions: the tunnel secondary lining formwork trolley and the needle beam trolley. With automation and high precision, these products are designed for extreme plateau conditions as well as similar complex scenarios worldwide, reducing construction risks and improving construction quality and efficiency. Both products will be showcased at the Tibet · Nyingchi Engineering Construction Expo from May 28 to 30, 2026.

Needle Beam Trolley: Specialised equipment for circular tunnel secondary lining
The needle beam trolley is a specialised equipment designed for the secondary lining of circular cross‑section tunnels. It uses the needle beam as the core load‑bearing and guiding structure, integrating formwork support, travelling and positioning, concrete placement, and curing functions. This product has been applied in major projects such as water diversion tunnels and metro sections.
The equipment is widely used in circular tunnel projects across highway, railway, water conservancy, and urban rail transit sectors. It is particularly suitable for long tunnels, water diversion tunnels, and metro running tunnels, and is adaptable to circular tunnels with a diameter of up to 6 metres.
Structure:
The trolley is welded from high‑strength steel sections, offering high overall rigidity. It can withstand the lateral pressure of concrete placement and vertical loads without deviation or deformation during construction. The needle beam adopts a modular design for easy assembly and disassembly, adapting to various circular tunnels within a 6‑metre diameter.
Positioning:
The fully hydraulic multi‑point synchronous positioning achieves an accuracy of ±3 cm. One‑button hydraulic locking provides strong impact resistance and reduces manual intervention.
Travelling:
The trolley uses a needle‑beam‑guided hydraulic walking mode. During operation, the needle beam is fixed to the already‑placed lining, and the formwork moves smoothly along the beam without disturbing the surrounding rock, making it suitable for confined spaces. A visual alignment system enables precise positioning via remote control, requiring only 1–2 operators. The travelling system is equipped with built‑in safety protection devices that automatically stop the machine and trigger an alarm in abnormal conditions.

The company has led or participated in the development of multiple industry and national standards, and has been granted over 300 patents. It has also received numerous domestic and international honours and certifications, including “Single Champion”, “Famous Brand Product”, “Green Building Material Product”, and “Green Factory Certification”. The company has developed its own industrial design software, a full-process ERP management system, high-end intelligent equipment, and automated production lines, establishing a digital and intelligent factory operation system covering smart design, intelligent manufacturing, and big-data decision-making. It has obtained the Level 8 Digital Transformation L8 certification. In parallel, it has built core functional modules such as integrated finance and business management and business risk control, and has created an AI⁺ BI operation decision system (a digital intelligence cockpit) that supports efficient corporate decision-making.
The company actively implements the national Belt and Road Strategy and pursues a dual‑engine development model serving both domestic and international markets. Since embarking on its global expansion journey in 2013, GETO has established more than 10 production bases worldwide, exported products to over 70 countries and regions, and registered the GETO® international trademark in more than 30 countries. It has obtained multiple international qualifications and certifications, including Singapore BCA BAND2 and Malaysia CIDB G7, and has developed a comprehensive overseas service system with local operation capabilities.
The two tunnel series equipment showcased at this exhibition cover core scenarios of plateau tunnel construction, demonstrating GETO’s “1+N” comprehensive system solution. Making its appearance at the Nyingchi Expo, GETO not only brings a complete core product matrix but also leverages the localised presence of its Tibet subsidiary to introduce green, efficient, and intelligent construction solutions adapted to plateau conditions, contributing to the development of plateau infrastructure.
