Aluminium Formwork System
Formwork System
The Aluminium Formwork System is a standardized formwork solution for cast-in-situ concrete structural construction. It mainly consists of wall panels, deck panels, beam panels, staircase panels, supporting systems, and connecting accessories. The system can be used for walls, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and other structural elements, making it suitable for high-rise buildings, basements, residential towers, and utility tunnels.
Compared with traditional timber formwork, the aluminium formwork system offers higher standardization, faster installation, more reuse cycles, better concrete finish, and more environmentally friendly construction. With proper design detailing and standardized site operation, the system can support fast structural construction, typically achieving a 3–5 day cycle per floor.
Aluminium Formwork
ADVANTAGES
Excellent System Performance
The system provides high rigidity and good assembly accuracy, helping control wall verticality and surface flatness. It improves concrete forming quality and can reduce or even eliminate plastering work on internal and external walls.
High-Quality Materials
The panels are mainly made of high-quality aluminium alloy, offering light weight, high strength, and good corrosion resistance. Supporting props, walers, connectors, and accessories are manufactured through standardized processes to ensure stability and repeated use.
Comprehensive Service Support
GETO can provide full-process support, including design development, formwork configuration, production, on-site technical guidance, installation training, fast material replenishment, used-panel recovery, and secondary modification.
High Standardization
The system features a high level of design standardization, making installation, dismantling, recycling, and reuse more efficient. Standardized components help reduce on-site cutting, material waste, and construction debris.
Fast Construction Efficiency
The installation logic is clear and easy to follow. Workers can quickly master the assembly process after basic training, helping shorten the main structural construction cycle.
Controllable Overall Cost
Although the initial investment is higher than traditional timber formwork, the system offers high reuse rates and better concrete quality, reducing later plastering, repair, and waste removal costs. It is especially suitable for projects with many standard floors and repetitive layouts.
