Elevator Shaft Climbing Formwork System
Climbing System
The Elevator Shaft Climbing Formwork System is designed for the construction of elevator shafts, smoke shafts, ventilation shafts, and other vertical service shafts. It integrates formwork installation, structural reinforcement, working platform, safety protection, and floor-by-floor climbing functions into one system. Depending on project requirements, the system can be configured as a crane-lifted adjustable inner shaft formwork or a self-climbing adjustable inner shaft formwork. The crane-lifted type is lifted floor by floor by tower crane and is suitable for conventional shaft construction, while the self-climbing type uses its own power system to climb, reducing reliance on tower cranes. Compared with traditional shaft construction methods that require repeated scaffold erection, platform installation, and manual formwork assembly, this system improves efficiency and enhances safety in confined vertical spaces.
