High Standardization

The system adopts a beam-slab shared support design, perfectly integrating the high-support formwork system with the early-stripping aluminum formwork system. This configuration increases support spacing and overcomes the limitation of traditional aluminum early-stripping systems, which cannot be applied to buildings with floor heights ≥6 m. The GT48 system is adaptable to buildings of any floor height.

Early Stripping Capability
The high-support aluminum early-stripping technology allows formwork to be removed immediately after the concrete reaches its final set, while the supports remain in place until the concrete attains the required design strength. This early-stripping method enables rapid turnover of the aluminum formwork and significantly improves construction efficiency.

Cost Efficiency
For cast-in-place frame structures built with aluminum formwork, the more regular the layout, the lower the overall cost. The system effectively reduces expenses on materials, waste disposal, labor, and subsequent repair and grinding work.
