Climbing System
The Integrated Jacking Formwork System is an integrated elevated construction platform designed for advance core construction in super high-rise buildings. Attached to the cast-in-place vertical structure, the system is lifted by alternating hydraulic jacking cylinders, allowing the top formwork platform to rise continuously with the core structure. Depending on project requirements, it can be equipped with external protection frames, formwork suspension systems, placing booms, material platforms, and can also work together with climbing formwork systems. The system integrates enclosure, formwork operation, rebar fixing, concrete pouring, material handling, and curing into one elevated platform, enabling safer, more continuous, and more efficient construction of super high-rise core structures.
