Prefabrication Mould System for Factory Production

This mould system is used for the factory production of precast segmental beams. Subsequent segments are match‑cast against the end face of the preceding segment, enabling progressive prefabrication. The system mainly consists of four components: bottom formwork, side formwork, internal formwork, and end formwork. Each component features a modular design for rapid assembly and flexible adjustment to accommodate various structural variations. All subsystems are fully hydraulically driven, ensuring high construction efficiency and low labor intensity.
