Aluminium Formwork System
Single Face Formwork is a formwork supporting system designed for one-sided wall concrete casting. It is widely used in metro stations, basement external walls, hydropower stations, retaining walls, utility tunnels, and other structures where waterproofing requirements are high or through-wall tie rods cannot be used.
The system uses single-sided brackets, aluminium beam formwork, or triangular truss supports to transfer the lateral pressure of fresh concrete to the ground or anchoring foundation. This ensures formwork stability, accurate wall alignment, and high-quality concrete finishing during casting.
Depending on project requirements, the system can be configured as Heavy-Duty Triangular Truss Single Face Formwork, Lightweight Triangular Truss Single Face Formwork, or Aluminium Beam Single Face Supporting Formwork, making it suitable for different wall heights, structural conditions, and site environments.
