Climbing Formwork

The Sky Building Machine is an integrated construction equipment system developed for industrialized high-rise building construction. It mainly includes elevator-type and attached-type systems. The elevator-type system is supported by columns from the ground level, with a truss-based top platform equipped with lifting devices and material platforms. It is suitable for prefabricated building projects and enables lifting, positioning, and precise installation of precast components at the working floor. The attached-type system is fixed to the cast-in-place structure and lifted by an alternating hydraulic jacking system, making it suitable for cast-in-place buildings with synchronized wall and slab construction. The system can integrate external protection, formwork suspension, hydraulic placing boom, retractable canopy, curing system, and material platform, forming a three-dimensional construction system that combines protection, lifting, concrete placing, curing, and working platforms.
