Tunnel Formwork

Tunnel formwork is a large‑scale reusable formwork system used in building construction for the simultaneous cast‑in‑place pouring of walls and slabs. Its name derives from its tunnel‑like shape. It is particularly suitable for beam‑less shear‑wall structures in villas, apartments, and similar residential projects. The system mainly consists of the formwork system, support system, and connecting system, supplemented by auxiliary systems such as lifting platforms (including bay platforms, stairwell platforms, and elevator shaft platforms) and external working platforms for the exterior walls.
