This project is a newly built East Asia MRT station structure planned by the government, mainly involving single-side formwork construction for the basement. Featuring a special structural design, the subway station has 8 floors with greatly varying structural layouts on each floor. GETO New Materials customized an exclusive aluminum formwork solution to maximize formwork reuse, effectively reducing the client’s aluminum formwork procurement and construction costs to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Maximize the reuse of aluminum formwork components from standard floors. The standard floor formworks are efficiently circulated and applied to all floors with variable structures, greatly improving the formwork utilization rate and reducing the investment of new components.
GETO professional design team spent five months completing refined numbering and classification of all aluminum formwork pieces one by one.
