The basement contains multiple over limit beams with concentrated linear loads exceeding 20KN per meter.
The building structure varies on each floor with numerous non standard structural sections. The project involves nearly ten high formwork construction points and adopts mixed construction technologies of aluminum formwork wood formwork high altitude formwork aluminum wood composite formwork conventional single side formwork and elevated floor single side formwork to achieve integrated and safe construction delivery.
