Steel-Framed Timber Formwork
Steel-Framed Timber Formwork
Steel-Framed Timber Formwork consists of Φ48 disc-lock scaffolding components, adapter components, structural fittings and aluminum alloy formwork. It supports high formwork erection and early dismantling, enabling rapid turnover of formwork panels.
Product Advantages
Steel-Framed Timber Formwork
High Standardization
The system adopts an integrated supporting design for beams and slabs, perfectly combining high-support formwork system and early-dismantling aluminum formwork system to expand support spacing. It solves the problem that traditional early-dismantling aluminum formwork cannot be used for buildings with floor height ≥ 6m, and adapts to buildings of various floor heights.
Early Dismantling Available
The matched high-support early-dismantling technology allows formwork removal immediately after concrete final set, while supports can be dismantled only after concrete reaches the required strength. This process realizes rapid turnover of aluminum formwork and improves construction efficiency.
Low Comprehensive Cost
For cast-in-situ frame structures constructed with aluminum formwork, the neater the structural layout, the lower the overall cost. It effectively saves costs on materials, waste disposal, labor, as well as subsequent repairing and polishing.
