Aluminium Formwork System for Cast-in-Situ Shear Wall Villas
A full cast-in-place shear wall structure villa with aluminum formwork is a rural self-built residential dwelling constructed using a combination of aluminum alloy formwork and fully cast-in-place concrete shear wall structure. The main structural elements—including walls, floors, beams, and columns—are integrally cast in one piece, eliminating the masonry infill and secondary plastering processes associated with traditional brick-concrete structures, and forming a highly integrated "box-type" structure. This construction method was previously used primarily in urban high-rise buildings, but has been introduced to the rural villa sector in recent years, offering a new solution for quality upgrading in rural residential construction.
