High-rise development project in South Asia

This high-rise development project in South Asia adopted an all-aluminum formwork solution across the basement, podium, and tower structures, representing a highly integrated and successful application of aluminum formwork in complex high-rise construction. The project involved a wide range of architectural and engineering challenges, including curved geometries, circular columns, custom irregular components, asymmetrical layouts, and special-angle structures, placing high demands on both system design and construction execution.

To address these complexities, GETO applied the technical strengths of its XiaoZhi Intelligent Formwork Design Software, which integrates automatic formwork configuration, automatic error correction, and automatic drawing generation into one coordinated digital workflow. This intelligent approach significantly improved design efficiency, reduced coordination difficulty, and provided strong technical support for the accurate implementation of the formwork system.

The project also achieved a high level of formwork standardization and reuse efficiency, enabling the client to maximize material utilization by transferring formwork systems from the basement to the podium and tower sections. This not only improved construction efficiency, but also enhanced cost-effectiveness and resource utilization across different phases of the project.

Architecturally, the building presents a highly distinctive visual identity. Viewed from above, the overall massing resembles a galloping horse in motion. The four tower façades feature layered rotating curved lines, creating a dynamic and elegant appearance that gives the project strong landmark value. Through this project, GETO once again demonstrated its capability to deliver integrated, high-quality aluminum formwork solutions for complex and iconic high-rise developments.
